Harbour House, a 1970s dockside home we have been working on since 2023, handed over to its owners last week.
What changed
- The ground floor became one continuous living space with full-height glazing to the water.
- A cantilevered sofa wall hides storage and services.
- Lime plaster, oak and travertine throughout; no painted plasterboard.
The project came in on the budget agreed at stage two. Photographs will follow once the owners have settled in.
